Shipping & returns

Orders are wrapped and dispatched within two working days. Standard delivery is free within Ireland and the United Kingdom and arrives in three to five working days. Tracked delivery is €6 and arrives in two working days, signed for.

Elsewhere in Europe, delivery is €6 standard and €12 tracked, typically four to seven working days. Outside Europe, delivery is €18 tracked, typically seven to twelve working days.

Duties and import charges outside the EU are the responsibility of the recipient.

Every order is folded in unbleached tissue, tied with a narrow brass ribbon and boxed. There is no price anywhere on the parcel, so it can be sent straight to the new parents.

Add a gift note at checkout and we will write it onto a card by hand.

You have thirty days from delivery to return an unworn romper with its tags for a full refund, and sixty days over the Christmas period.

Exchanges for a different size are free within Ireland and the UK — reply to your confirmation email and we will send a label. For other countries, return postage is yours but we cover the outbound leg of the exchange.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five working days of us receiving the parcel.

If a seam, popper or crest fails in normal wear, write to us with a photograph and we will replace the romper. This is not time-limited and it does not depend on the tags being attached.
